Generally the place is in a fair to good condition. Some evidence of rising damp exists, the ceilings show evidence of flaking and past water ingress and the verandah roofs to the front of the building are deteriorating severely. The ceiling to the theatrette is collapsing a requires immediate attention. The cottage is in a good condition as is the coach house. The stable building is in a poor condition.
