The building is significant on the following grounds: 1. Erected in 1906 by Nicholas Bushalla as Narrogin's second hall - demolished later. 2. Used as social venue - Collie Railway opening celebration held there. 3. Used for entertainment - picture shows began there before moving to Amusu. 4. Later used as first office of WA Farmers Co-operative (Wesfarmers).
