Physical Description

Single storey face brick building. Simple rectangular form with a gable tiled roof. Arched opening on the side of the front leads to the recessed entry. A small square room on the side.

History

The York priest travelled to Brookton and other places for services. In 1908, Brookton became part of the Catholic Parish formed in Beverley. The Catholic Church did not have their own church until it was opened on 18 December 1955, utilising the Agricultural Hall for their services until that time.
