Statement of Significance

The place demonstrates associations with an occupation in the town.

Physical Description

Constructed in the late 1940's. Corrugated iron clad structure with a gable roof and skillion additions. A small structure similarly clad is in close proximity at the front.

History

In 1945, the town gained a plumber in Mally Mullett and he was keptbusy making tanks, troughs, erecting windmills and doing repair jobs. Mullet built these workshops which have since been used for various businesses.
