Statement of Significance

A competent and elegant example of a 1990s interpretation of Tuscan styling adapted to Perth 5- conditions.

Physical Description

A substantial ashlar limestone walled house with a clay cordova tiled roof, half round gutters and aluminium joinery built 1988. The west facing verandah is supported on slender columns. A large coarse rubble limestone wall encloses the garden and an elegant arched opening with a wrought iron gate forms the site entry. The house shows Tuscan influences adapted to Perth conditions.
