The Junction Hall was the social centre for the Neergabby Junction area from 1899 to about 1947. Dances, elections and social gatherings were held there during that time. Changing times in the 1950's caused it to fall into disrepair through lack of maintenance and use and the building was sold to Wilfred King in 1965. He moved it to his property on Lancelin Road and used it as a shed for many years until it was destroyed by fire (date unknown).
Situated on the west side of the Gingin Brook opposite the Junction Hotel. Originally built of timber and iron and rebuilt in weatherboard in 1931.
Original timber and iron Hall built under Ted Gum trees where the Neergabby Information Bay now stands. A new Hall was constructed by Herbert Budd and C.H Wells and opened on the 17th April, 1931. It served well until it was damaged by army personnel during the war. The Hall was run by the Hall Committee until about 1947. A public meeting on 3 November 1951 decided to dispose of the Hall and donate the proceeds to the Silver Chain Nursing Association. This did not eventuate and it was sold to W.H. King. He removed it and re-erected it on his farm on the Lancelin Road.
Replaced in 1931 with a weatherboard hall.
