No heritage significance.
1970s brick commercial building and carpark built on the site of an earlier corner shop with attached house. No evidence of earlier development remains.
Metropolitan Sewerage plans for North Fremantle show that there was a traditional corner shop and house on this site in 1940. The site was cleared in the 1970s for the construction of the existing single story commercial building and carpark. The place was added to the Fremantle Municipal Inventory in 2000 as an historic site and the Heritage List in 2008. In 2023 the heritage listing for this place was reviewed as part of the Annual Update of The Heritage List and Local Heritage Survey. On 13 March 2024 Council resolved to remove this place from the Heritage List and to change the Local Heritage Survey Management Category to Level 4 Historic Record Only.
