Single-storey brick and iron villa c.1905. Original details include a half timber and rough cast gable with a decorative timber finish, front broken pitched verandah with turned verandah posts, double hung sash windows, central front door with fanlight and sidelights. Roof features two brick chimneys.
The place is associated with the growth of Guildford in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
