A deep bullnose verandah canopy projects over the pavement. The shop front is rendered and painted with face brick on the side elevations.

History

Daniel Connor built this shop and dwelling and a number of others in Toodyay in the late 1860's. He sold this and other properties in 1886. It has always operated as a tearooms offering hospitality and services and there was also a bakery operating from here as well as a fuel bowser out the front. In the late 1920's or early 1930's when George Hames ran the tearooms, the glass shop frontage was added.
