Building forms part of the remnant building stock which make up the historic town's fabric.

Physical Description

Single-storey brick and iron cottage c.1860 constructed in stretcher bond with alternating colour brick. House has simple four room layout with more recent extensions - verandah partially filled. Old brick well with hand pump on property.

Early Guildford residence, associated with settlement in the area.
