Condition
The building is of weatherboard (spruce, from the çBlack Forest in Germany) with a corrugated iron çroof and wooden floors throughout. The roof is çelevated above the ceiling of the main structure çand extends to cover the verandahs, to form a çbreezeway and keep the interior cool. At each çend of the roof is a carved wooden gable end. The front and part of the side verandah have been çenclosed but these additions could easily be çremoved to return it to the original form. The çcondition of the building is good as it has been çwell maintained.
