The place is historically important for it's origins thorugh the CWA and socially significant for it's association with the community from the Tambellup district and the travelling public.
Brick and tile construction with steel framed windows. Also planting some oak trees and roses. Former CWA rest rooms were built in 1940 and rebuilt in 1952.
Located in Crowden Street - used as a school room in the late 1940s then later as a Deli. Now a private residence.
