REMOVE ENTRY
House, 21 Queensbury Street is a single storey timber and iron house constructed in the Federation Bungalow style of architecture. The walls are timber framed and clad with timber weatherboards. The roof is hipped and clad with corrugated iron. The verandah is under a continuous corrugated iron roof supported by timber posts with decorative iron brackets. The symmetrical front façade has a central front door with fanlight flanked on either side by windows. All have modern security screens fitted. There is one face brick chimneys evident. The house is situated at street level.
At the time of construction, this residence would have been on the urban fringe of Bunbury townsite. No information on this property could be found in the available Rate Books. It is thought that House, 21 Queensbury Street was built c 1910.
