This elegant house fits comfortably on a small block. It is the home of television presenter Susannah Carr, newsreader and presenter of "Susannah Carr's Wide Wodd Around Us"
Tuscan styled house, 1992, in a short treed street. A U shaped house with the small width presented to the street it appears smaller than it is and does not dominate the smaller houses in the street. It is two storey with double garages beneath at street level. Presenting to the street are warm pink rendered walls a french window with decorative curved sill, iron railing and shutters. Tiled detailing makes a cornice under the roof. It is enclosed by an attractive walled garden. An urbane house closer to the international model of houses from Provence to Tuscany than some of the other recent "Tuscan" homes in Cottesloe. There are some similarities to 4 Salvado in the cornice detailing.
