A substantial building in good condition, demonstrating an indirect approach to a building of importance

Physical Description

A large single storey building, domestic in character, built in 1897 to house the needs of the resident Coolgardie water supply staff. Stone walls with brick quoins and stuccoed parapets, CGI roof and wide verandahs around most walls of the building.
