It was situated approximately 64 kms west of Brookton and was known as the halfway house.
The building was a four room house, made of asbestos with a corrugated ron roof. There was a verandah back andfront with two steps in front. Only the chimney foundations remain.
This was the first road side house where meals were avaliable on the Brookton-Armadale Highway (Road at that time). It was open for business for a few years (possibly 4).
Integrity: Chimney foundation
