Statement of Significance
Representative Federation Bungalow contributing to the streetscape of the immediate area. The interior of the building is not of cultural heritage significance. Included in the Heritage List for reasons of having been constructed before 1910, meeting the requirements of Clause 78.3(a) of Local Planning Scheme 3.
Physical Description
Design as for Nos. 39, 41, 43. Single storey painted brick. Hipped roof with half-timbered roughcast gable to the projecting half front, with a pair of double hung windows. Return separate hipped skillion verandah extends across the front of the gable wall to form an awning over the window. The roof is clad with ‘decramastic’ (pressed metal) tiles.
