The place is a modest example of a commercial building dating from the inter war period that makes a contribution to the Fremantle Port streetscape.
Single storey painted (face brick sides) brick and parapeted roof building has a zero setback from the pavement.
The lot was vacant until 1920/21 when an office and warehouse was erected on the lot for Horace Edgar Hoffin. (Rate Books, Fremantle Local History Collection)
