Building forms part of the remnant building stock which make up the historic town's fabric.

Physical Description

Single-storey brick and iron cottage built c.1890. House has lowered pitch verandah, double hung sash windows, central door with fanlight and sidelights, unusual decorative corbelling to the chimneys.

The place is associated with the growth of Guildford in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
