Physical Description

Located on the east side of the York Road about 12 kms NE of Williams. The dwelling consists of four bedrooms, kitchen and lounge. A verandah is on all four sides with a bathroom on the back verandah (facing west): Remnant trees of the orchard are on the west and south side of the house while a large flooded gum has grown close to the northern edge.
