Physical Description

Refer to Heritage Council of Western Australia's Register of Heritage Places - Register and Assessment Documentation-Further information from the City of Wanneroo notes that a 1996 arboriculture report by John Banks gives consultant's opinion that they are more than 100 years old. A 1995 report 'preparation of a development plan for Perry's Paddock' by Max Hipkins noted that James Dobbins built a daub house and planted olive trees on the site before he left the colony in 1845. Banks believes this is consistent with his inspection and so the trees are likely to be at least 160 years old. Located 240m south of Ocean Reef Rd.
