Statement of Significance

A place with diverse flora and fauna and with little disruption by man.

Physical Description

Has an area of 259 hectares with a boundary of 12.5km. It has a South to North fall and the Spring (Soak) is located in the South Central part of te Rerserve. Varied. Natural bushy and granite outcrops have had little interference by man but there is evidence of rubbish dumping and minor fire damage

History

Set aside as a reserve on 25th October 1907 and confirmed in 1925 as a Reserve. Now jointly vested in the Shire and CALM.

Condition

Varied. Natural bush and granite outcrops have had litttle interference by man but there is evidence of rubbish dumping by man and minor fire damage.
