Condition

In March 2005, the facade was removed from the site while redevelopment associated with the Perth-Mandurah railway took place. It is intended that it will be reinstated in the future. The façade of Mitchell’s Buildings is in good condition, notwithstanding that it is currently stored offsite while redevelopment is underway.
