A fine old early bungalow on the east side of the railway line. The house faces no 91 across the park-like & expanse of the Napier Street verges.
A Victorian styled bungalow with white painted walls and green iron roof. The hipped roof of the original house has a small half candle-snuffer roof over the projecting baywindow. Bullnosed verandahs run around three sides of the house. The verandah posts are square section with chamfered sections. The verandah floor is wood with balustrading to sections. The windows are double hung. The front door is solid timber with coloured sidelights. A large extension to the north and a small addition to the east.
In 1905 owned by Arthur George Sharpe, traveller.
