Two storey Federation Filigree style Tavern located on the corner of Pastrue and Quadrant Streets, Pingelly. The upper level consists of bedrooms and evolution blocks. The lower lever holds 3 bar areas, a kitchen, and the original dining room. An original 10,000 gallon concrete water tank which services the hotel is situated at the rear of the site.
