CWA has played a significant role in the development of rural communities
and when completed, this building will be a testament to that. The building was used as a rest and overnight stop for passengers travelling on the Northam - Mullewa railway line, where they were provided with a meal and a place to sit or sleep.

bathroom attached, set in a fenced garden area.
