House, 53 Helena Street, Guildford is in sound physical condition. Alterations to the original external finishes, major additions at the rear and alterations internally have changed the original presentation of the place and reduced its former aesthetic value. In the past, the fabric has been maintained in sound condition. There are no current known proposals to change the fabric of the place. The condition, as a consequence of past maintenance, is good. There does not appear to have been major site disturbance that could affect any potential archaeological material.
