Condition

Generally the King River Hall appears to have benefited from regular maintenance and is in good condition. The exception to this is the south-east external wall where the paintwork is in poor condition. This wall may have been left unpainted as it is planned to remove it as part of a proposed extension. The recently completed extension to the rear of the building is in very good condition. The place has high integrity and high to moderate authenticity.
