Statement of Significance

Its classified for its architectural merit and its essential contribution to the streetscape of high st. The building creates a positive definition of the corner on which it stands and contributes significantly to the streetscape of high st.

Physical Description

A two storey rendered stone office and commercial building which is free of ornamentation except for a pediment, balustrade parapet and arched windows.
The building is two storeyed and constructed of rendered stone. The upper level has been tuckpointed and has arched windows with contrasting dressings. There is a balustrade parapet and two triangular pediments.
