A pristine example of the four flat type with domestic revival elements, finely executed and well S2.
maintained.
Four interwar apartments designed in a similar fashion to "Pine Court" and probably by the same hand
with variations in detail and without major modifications. The walls are finished in a rough cast render
with leadlight casement windows in sets of four placed symmetrically about paired corbel arch framed
balconies. The roof is a simple green painted terra cotta tiled hip form. Sleep stairs with a solid
balustrade give access to the upper flats on both the east and west sides.
Integrity intact
Modifications altered from four flats to two units
