This place was identified in the "Hilton Residential Development Policy and Urban Design Guidelines" prepared by the City of Fremantle, and adopted by Council on 19/9/1994.
Hipped roof house in a pale gold face brick front facade, side walls are in red brick. Large brick chimney mass. Timber casement windows cut limestone foundations concrete porch and steps, under main roof. Boxed eaves. Records indicate: Studio outbuilding of brick and tile (1992) (This material was compiled by historians under contract to the City Of Fremantle in 1996 and has not been adopted by Council)
