Yeriminup was one of the first properties in the area to be settled. It is linked to a well known settler family of the district, the Egerton Warburtons.
Constructed around 1857, Yeriminup was built of clay bricks. The ceilings were cut with a broad axe and the roof was shingle. Of the original building, three rooms remain. The roof was shingle, and was later covered with corrugated iron.
