Statement of Significance
The place is historically important as the site of the Goldborough Mort. Agency in the town. It was built by HF & MM Simpson.
Physical Description
Brick facade with parapet, painted green. Remaining structure asbestos clad, corrugated iron roof and timber framed. Residence to the rear is asbestos and tile (blue).
