Statement of Significance

Though not as strong a design as its neighbour at 197 this is a competent design of impressive w_
dimension and complements no 197.

Physical Description

A painted roughcast rendered house with a hipped tiled roof. The porch is set forward and features a
triple arch arcade topped by a jerkin head gable and a solid balustrade. The windows are side-hung
casements in clusters of three. The garden has an original limestone wall and some planting may be
original.
