The two storey hotel building is the most substantial structure remaining within the Burracoppin town site. The building faces north west, to the old narrow garage railway reserve. The front of the building is two storey, with a full length two-storey verandah on two sides (street frontages). There is a single storey extension at the rear with a verandah facing White Street the roof stepping down, set back a meter or so from the street. Immediately to the north east of the main building is what were once stables, now used for storage.
