Physical Description

Single-storey timber framed cottage with corrugated iron side walls and weatherboarding facing the streets. Cottage has hipped main roof with bullnose verandah. May have been brought from the Goldfields.

The walls and ceilings are of Baltic pine.

The place is associated with the growth of Guildford in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
