History

The original land grant was made to William Keats. The Chauncey-Snell survey indicates a stone building being built in 1845. A 1916 Metropolitan sewerage plan shows five brick buildings on site; sewered in 1915. A Council Health officer report described it as a three-roomed stone and brick bagstore in 1954.
The building was converted to apartments c1993.
