This place was previously called Tobacco Rural Training Centre (fmr) in the database, however further research confirmed that this Centre was developed closer to Manjimup and before the Tobacco Research Reserve. This place should also not be confused with P1712 Tobacco Farm No.2 on the opposite sides of Burnside Road.
