The building is of social significance. It demonstrates the ability of different groups in the town to work together. It was constructed by six groups - Church of England, Lutheran Church, Church of Christ (who used it for church services and youth activities) and 122nd Scout Group, Morawa Guides and Brownies and Junior Farmers Club (who use it for meetings and youth activities).
Morawa District High School joined as a member in 1990 for school use and Primary School socials.
The building comprises one large space with a hipped roof, with vents on all sides. The front wall has corbelled brickwork extending to the eaves line, with a stepped parapet above. There is a simple entrance porch, with a flat concrete roof.
