Duplex 10-12 The Terrace was the first built along The Terrace. Originally designed for the Chaplain, but taken over by the Royal Engineers for office space, it shares many characteristics with the Chaplain's house. In the 1870s the house was occupied by the Comptroller General and then by Superintendent J.F. Stone, but it has mainly been used as an administration building.
This place received a Conservation Incentives Award in 1994.
