The building forms part of the remnant building stock which make up the historic town's fabric.
A single-storey shop built in the early 1900s. Features include re-entrant doorway and a parapet wall. Skillion verandah has been added more recently.
Owned by Mr Billings - Acting Mayor of Guildford. Historically, row boats were hired from this shop.
