The place is a fine, substantially intact, example of a Federation Warehouse style building that makes a significant contribution to the streetscape.
Three storey brick warehouse which is attached to a single storey warehouse. The buildings have engaged pilasters and parapeted rooves.
Currently (2004) Fort Knox Storage. Rate book search carried out by Heritage and Conservation Professionals in December 2003 was not conclusive. Further historical research recommended.
