Statement of Significance

The building contributes to the character and scale of Phillimore st precinct and is an important element within Fremantle's West End.

Physical Description

The building is two storeyed and has a balustrade parapet, elaborate raised triangular pediments and decorative cornice lines. There is stuccoed decoration around the windows and there is a pediment over the entrance.
