An integral part of a minor interwar precinct

Physical Description

Dwelling has been demolished.
One of a coherent group of places that form a minor precinct of interwar bungalows with domestic revival
detailing. It is a brick and tiled house with rendered upper walls and leadlighting to groups of side-hung
casement windows and a cantilelvered sunhood over the main front windows.
