1. Originally built early 1900s, extended on different sites 1934, 1950s, 1960s, 1980s 1990s.
2. Centre of activity during Pneumonic Influenza, 1919.
3. Major nursing training school for many years.
4. Major district/regional hospital.
5. Services expanded to include Blood Bank, P.C.U., Maternity Wards, Palliative Care etc.
