History

Research of the property files for the above place concludes that the place was originaly constructed in 1968 as a Rehabilitation Centre. In 1987 the Commonwealth disposed of the property and was purchased by Murdoch University for use as student accommmodation. In 1997 the eastern portion of the site was developed for residentual purposes. In March 2006 it is proposed to demolish the existing buildings for further development. (VC CoF)
