The place is historically and socially significant for it's origin as a worker's house and the later adaption as a Nursing Post Facility for the district.

The house is constructed of abestos cladding, corrugated iron roof anf clear leaded windows.

History

Built as shire workers housing in 1955. Later it was extended for use as a Nursing Post in 1970.
