Physical Description
There are two properties on the lot. The first property is an inter-war weatherboard and fibro house located to the north of the site. The second property is a brick house constructed in the 1960s. There is a brick dairy building extant on the site north to the earlier house. There is an orchard between the two houses, with other shrubs and plantings around the house.
