Shop represents periods of development and change in the town centre that makes a contribution to
the Egerton Street streetscape, and the historic streetscape and townscape of the Narrogin Town
Centre.
The single-storey double shop frontage building is elevated above the footpath, and has a high
parapet with pilasters and a gable behind. The gable features a vertical form louvred vent. The shop
fronts are metal-framed glazing above a rendered parapet with recessed entries at the top of a set of
4 concrete steps. The shops fronts are mirrored although the west side has had interventions to form
another entry. A suspended boxed canopy extends across the entire frontage.
