Physical Description

Large tuck-pointed brick and tile villa c.1910. Residence has many original features including vented gable, double hung sash windows and doors, straight pitch roof over verandah. Has lost original posts and pressed metal gable end to side gable.

The place is associated with the growth of Guildford in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
